Brigade Valencia adheres to the highest standards in all aspects of the project. A Seismic Zone compliant RCC framed structure will be included in the structure. For external walls, 8" solid block masonry is used, and for internal walls, 8"/4" solid block masonry is used. External plastering will have a sponge finish and all inside walls will be smooth plastered with lime rendering. The windows will feature mosquito mesh UPVC glazed fittings, and the UPVC ventilators will have translucent glass. Engineered Door Frames and Shutters with Stainless Steel Hardware will be installed on all doors. The Foyer, Living, Dining, Bedrooms, Kitchen, and Internal Staircase are all tiled with high-quality vitrified tiles.

For the Terrace area, pressed clay tiles are used. For Sit-outs/Balcony Spaces and Bathrooms, A1 Grade Ceramic Tiles are employed. Granite will be used for the main entrance flooring. 2'0" dado above counter area with Ceramic Glazed Tiles and 2'0" wide Black Granite Counter with Stainless Steel Sink and Drain Board with Sink Mixer are among the kitchen's features. There would be space for a Water Purifier Point, a Dishwasher, an Instant Water Heater, and a Gas Cylinder, as well as the requisite Copper Piping. Ceramic tiles Dado are included in the specifications for all bathrooms up to 7'0" in height. In all bathrooms, there is an EWC and a washbasin with granite counters and a mirror.
